Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake
